Using Natural Language Processing (NLP), the platform filters complex legal texts, ensuring users see only the regulations applicable to their property. The system leverages PyMuPDF and Tesseract OCR for text extraction, spaCy and NLTKfor regulation identification, and MySQL for structured data storage. This feature helps land buyers, architects, and developers avoid non-compliance issues, reducing the risk of project rejection. The Risk Awareness Report helps users assess environmental risks such as landslides, floods, and air pollution before investing in land or starting construction. By inputting a location, users receive a detailed geospatial analysis with risk overlays powered by GeoPandas, Rasterio, and Google Maps API. The system retrieves real-time hazard data from sources like NBRO Landslide Risk APIs and Google Air Quality API, providing users with an interactive visual representation of potential threats. The AI-driven model processes topographical and environmental data, enabling users to identify high-risk areas and plan accordingly. This feature reduces financial loss and ensures safe construction by integrating location-based hazard assessment into decision-making. The Property Plan Annotation feature ensures construction plans comply with zoning laws and building codes before submission. Users upload a 2D construction blueprint, which is analyzed using Computer Vision (OpenCV, Tesseract OCR) and compared against regulatory databases.
